Each high strength softgel provides 100 mg quick release CoQ-10 or ubiquinone which also contains black pepper extract 100mcg for enhanced absorption that helps more CoQ10 reach the places where it is needed in the body faster and ultimately increase the production of adenosine triphosphate (ATP) responsible for producing energy in the cells, hence faster and more efficient energy production.
