Has both glucosamine sulphate and chondroitin sulphate. Glucosamine helps in the synthesis of proteoglycans that are essential in the building of cartilage and improves the quality of the natural joint lubricant (synovial fluid). Chondroitin reduces the friction between the bones, helps to cushion the ends of the bones and improves shock absorption in the joint. They work synergistically when taken together and help to improve mobility and reduce inflammation and pain in the joints.
